Free Shoes Special:
For any outfit order of $75 or more you may select a pair of matching shoes and include them in the order. The price of the shoes will be displayed during checkout, but will not be charged to your credit card. If an item is returned that causes the order total to drop below $75, the price of the shoes will be added back to the order.

Please be aware that our shoe sizes only go up to size 03, which will fit a foot 4 ¼” long. If you need larger shoes, you may substitute free socks. Just make a note to that effect in the comment section, and we will adjust the cost when processing your order.

Shipping Speed:
Most orders are shipped within one business day from Utah. Be aware that delivery dates do not include weekends and holidays. To help us serve you better, please include your ceremony date in the order comments section during checkout.

Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Quilts and wooden items come from a different source than the clothing. If you buy from both sections, separate shipping charges will apply.

Return Policy for Clothing Items:
PRODUCT IS NOT-RETURNABLE IF IT HAS BEEN WORN. We do our best to show accurate pictures of our items. When placing an order over the phone, please give the exact style number and describe the item you wish to purchase so that we are both sure you are ordering the item that you want. Please consult the size chart for size needed. If a size exchange is necessary, you will be required to cover all freight charges.

Please check the garment carefully before removing any tags or labels. All Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and unless a mistake has been made on our part, the return is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original freight charges. Return freight is the responsibility of the consumer. If a return is required due to an error on our part, a restocking fee is not charged and freight charges will be refunded.

Return Policy for Quilts and Wooden Items Only:
For a full refund on unused items, please call or email your decision to return the item within 48 hours of the day you received it. Please ship the item you are returning within 3 business days of having received it. Returns postmarked after that time will be subject to our 15% restocking fee.
